Well, I am going to submit one this time around I barley missed the last.
Also, I know rules forbid downloaded anime, but the scene I want to use is only on a VHS I own, can I download a copy to have it in my comp easier since I already own it?

I've been trying to find a source that would do justice to this amazing song for a long time now and I Just ain't able to find anything good, so I doubt you will find anything fast <<

Hey I always wanted to do a short clip for AMV Hell, this may be my only chance left. Besides, it can always be seen as a preview. People like the clip so much, I can make the whole thing shortly afterward.

I wanted to as well, but I relied on AWA's SAST, though my best idea was impossible to use since it's. . . kinda graphic. . .

There's nothing forbidding downloaded anime from being used. Your video just can't have subtitles in it at all. Unless you personally add the subtitles for some comic effect that makes sense (doing this generally makes the video less likely to be accepted).

Also, we need more dead baby and puppy jokes.
