pretty good, but I think that the lip sync (if it was supposed to be that) at about 0:04 is weird, 0:11 there is a small Maka lip flap, and at about 0:25 you could do something with the edges of the clips maybe, though it's not that necessary

pretty good, I like it (but that quality is not really the best)

I pretty much agree with this. Just that I DO think it is necessary

I'd rather go for zooming the paned clips in though so you cannot see their edges at all. I also don't like the scene at 0:23. I want a screaming scene there. Other than that, it's pretty fine and I'd take it

(As for the quality..I've seen indeed much shinier Soul Eater footage, but I don't mind trying to get it to look better by avisynth myself)
