The sync to "dance" at about 0:15/0:16ish seems to be a frame late I think. At about 0:20ish, you could perhaps mask her eyes again so it stands out even more. :3 And also instead of so many blue scenes, make one or two of them black&white again so it emphasizes the sync more. Oh and also check your framerate because I think I seem some frame blending. Otherwise it's brilliant, me love it!

Much much better now. Just a few technical things you should take a look into:
*The cut at 0:01/2 from her face to the hand and coins feels awkward, like it's too early. Because the lyrics for "hands" is stretched a bit, you might want to use a crossfade instead. The flash is also not necessary. Then fade out that scene and fade in the next.
*For the circles at 0:05 they look much nicer now, but still too sharp and don't blend well. Lower the opacity more, slow out the end few keyframes for the cutter(so say the circle is 20 frames long, and the size of the circle goes from 0-->300 for the first 15 frames, then for the last 5 frames make it go from 300-->350/400 - get what I mean?) You can also use the last circle cutter to fill up the full screen from the centre and use it as a transition to the next scene to make it look smoother.
*Make the black fade at 0:07 longer so it's smoother. Fade out the scene at 0:09.
*Add a light zoom in for the scene at 0:10 to give it some movement and blend better with the scene before it.
*Make the flash at 0:10 a bit longer, perhaps less opacity to smoothen it a bit.
*Remove the flash at 0:12 when it zooms in - not necessary for it since the zoom is synced already.
*0:16 doesn't need that zoom, a crossfade might fit better actually. Or a hardcut.
*For the masked transitions at 0:21 and 0:23 - you can fade in the background to make it look smoother too.
*Oh and did you add a zoom at 0:22 to their lips? :O or was that in the show itself?

I think that the kind of "noise" effect at the beginning is unnecessary and not to the music, so maybe you could put that to the music? or take it off maybe? it's nice otherway, even though I really liked your first beta
0:16 - the edge of the mask is too big? >.< or maybe you just used chroma keyer I don't know...
0:18-0:19 - it seems the timing is off at this part
but really nice part, but I liked the scene choices better in the very first beta, but oh well
Okay, I'm currently working on a rough draft of the credits but I'll need a character from everybody. Please pick one from the anime you used. If you can, provide me with a full body(if you can't find one, half body is fine) scan you want to be used or I'll just find a random one I think looks nice for you. XD
I personally disagree with Aimo and Mystyk on the mask, I like the glow-y effect it has to it, but I'm sure it would look fine either way.
Only other thing I have to suggest is the spotlight effect at :13, I think it looks a bit cheesy. I'd personally remove it, it just looks a bit weird, what with all the clips looking fairly normal, then the random spotlight.
That's really it though, your track is flawless otherwise. Love it (: (oh Grell...)
