Ok all rendered up ready to go:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Z2MUYDT6
The anime is a 16:9 aspect ratio, but i've uploaded it here with top bars as a 4:3. If the project ends up mostly widescreen let me know and i'll re-submit but seems most things may be in 4:3.
The segment is 59 seconds long including a few spare seconds of audio for a fade out. It's Xvid compressed, and hopefully should transfer ok, fingers crossed .

Re: Raiders of the Lost AMV's: Official Thread ^^
Just to let you know, my segment is about 44 seconds long, give or take a few depending on how I fade the audio.
Hmm... I'm sure that there's something else I'm forgetting to ask, but I'll leave it at that for now.

Oh... that's right. Since Kadaj brought it up, I should ask about this. My video is slightly weird, because I used captured videogame footage and had to do some odd cropping. I bumped up the resolution after that to 512x280 (which makes Magix tell me that the AR is 1.828571, but that seems to be very close to 16:9), and I'd rather not go any higher. Cuz of my crappy capture card, I'm already hurting for quality. So, in short, what's the AR of the compiled project gonna be? I know I'm gonna have to add in borders already - I just need to know how much.DivineQueenYeiweh wrote:9. There's no set aspect ratio since this is an imcomplete AMV MEP, but try to give me stuff that you would like shown and not just something random.
Actually, I think that this is a cute idea. ^_^ It brings continuity to the MEP better than any random transition would.if you want a 'map' drawn to each AMV (like in the Indiana Jones movie where a red line was drawn to the countries) then let me know so I can get someone to do that.

I just put that on there so that people know it's not a crap MEP, but I know you guys wouldn't make just any random crap. You know me, I'll be happy with anything you give me. Like I said, no pressure. ^^dj_ultima_the_great wrote:Just to let you know, my segment is about 44 seconds long, give or take a few depending on how I fade the audio.

plus, based on what I do, anything else is going to be the shiznite
I'm not sure what the set aspect ratio will be yet, it depends on what the transitions will be like. We'll figure it out, don't worry.
I think my comp accepts any codec because I didn't have a codec problem in WTF MEP, but I'll let you know if there's an issue. I can most probably resolve it though (well there's one thing I could be good at) but if there's anything else I'll let you know.
Anyone willing to take the transition idea on?

um, it's more of an imcomplete AMV MEP, as in I started this AMV and I never got to finish it. I guess it's similiar...but without the crap of course ^^sailor earth wrote:wouldn't be like my megea crap?
