Due to the Fact that Scott and me are planning a NIИ-mep since we joined our first meps on this site (or even since we joined this site anyway) I think we're definately going to start one.

The only thing that it hasn't happened already is, that NIИ is my favourite band (we have all albums, mostly all singles and some stuff) and back there we thought that we need more practice first to start this 'cause we didn't want to get this a 0815 video or even to see it dead. So we decided to wait for the right time to start it and now that Scott is head of Saosin-mep and ToolX2, he has the potential to get started with the NIИ mep, too.

A major point of a mep is the mix. And in the case of Nine Inch Nails, I think it is very difficult to get a good mix throughout the albums because their sound is varying through different styles over the time. Scott already made a mix and it wasn't bad but it needs more work and first of all time.

IMO he should finish the 2 meps he's leading now, so that he can turn all his attention and passion in this mep and when the time has come I will be supporting him with all I can do.

@Rexmaster:
It isn't my attention to assault you on this. Maybe you could do a great mep and I won't and can't (god beware) keep you from it or claim sth. for me, but I really don't see much potential in this right now, and I have to be critical in my role as "NIИ Freak

Truthfully I hate to side with guy07 but if this guy wants to do his mep let him, neither of you really have the "right" to "claim rights" to any mep/video ideas, if that were the case (where you could claim rights to a video idea) there wouldn't be so many linkinballz videos out there...(this babble is obviously amv specific)

Sure they will get compared but who cares. Either way there is no way you can stop him if he wants to make the project. He doesn't need anyone's permission. However getting members to join could be a problem.
