Anime source I was planning on using is Hellsing Ultimate, but, would that count as too much action, not too much drama?

I'd like to think that anything can become anything, depending on how you edit it. So if thats what you want to do give it a shot.

There are action forms of drama. Through all odds, going that extra mile, never giving up... ETC... You know? It's all in how you edit it. I'm sure you can tell whether or not your track is going in the right direction while your editing. I doubt it will be a problem.

But yeah, not all drama is romance related.
