What you could do is make two versions and direct link the random version (or the ordered version, whichever less people want)

Arrange them yourself, according to where each should be to make the overall project as excellent and entertaining as possible. This would produce the best result, in the end, but I guess it kind of depends on whether this is purely an experiment for you, or whether you want to see if you can put the pieces together and make something awesome.CrackTheSky wrote:I have a question for you all. When I arrange the segments for this MEP, do you think it'd be better if I did it in random order or if I arranged them in the order that we edited them? I can't decide o_O

I´m for a good mix. You know? Not too big jumps in the music genres when it´s possible.

I'm just backup, but I think this one would be easier for the viewer to understand the concept of this >_>Kristyrat wrote:Order in which they were edited would be interesting, it would show the general progression of the project, and it makes it easy to see who got your audio, and who gave you yours.
Also it would be interesting about what someone edited and what song he gave to the next one, you can get that easier with that method
On the other hand it would also be good that there are no really major changes between music genres... so I would say WCs idea is a good one to make two versions of it >_>WC Annihilus wrote:What you could do is make two versions and direct link the random version (or the ordered version, whichever less people want)
But if it's just one...I would go with the order they were edited....

x2, I think it wouldn't be that useful to make a MEP with this kind of a unique concept just to throw it away for the viewers in the end and assemble everything randomly.Scott Green wrote:I'm just backup, but I think this one would be easier for the viewer to understand the concept of this >_>Kristyrat wrote:Order in which they were edited would be interesting, it would show the general progression of the project, and it makes it easy to see who got your audio, and who gave you yours.

I always kinda felt like there should be little title card animations in between the tracks to demonstrate how the audio file from editor A got to editor B and such as well.
