why do i have to make a banner o_o

i suck at banners. none of my .org banners have ever won. and ive submitted like 15 of them.

and i dont know how to make that big of an image into a tiny banner

Definitely not the best banners. But what do I know about banner making? Nothing really.

Well I never said they were good. I was bored, had some time to spare. And I've never been good at Banner Making.
