and guys, help me, I sent a message to Minimoto, about what's with his part, and I gave him a deadline to reply to the message, which is 24th september, if he doesn't reply till then, I'm going to kick him out, but do you think I should really kick him out, or should tell him to give me a final? he hasn't replied yet (and I doubt he will reply tomorrow), however he already made a full beta, but I think it needs changes, so at least he should tell me to give him time or that he wants to drop or something....:/

If you have a beta from Minimoto, then you should wait. But it's true that he should have said something (At least my case). Ask him if he's still interested in the MEP, and if he say yes, then let him then. And if not, you know what to do

If you havent heard from people in a while and they haven't really let you know a reason, vacation, emergency, family etc... I would just boot them, especially since you want to get the MEP done soon. The longer you wait the longer its gonna take for someone to fill the newly opened spot and finish editing for it.

Shouldn't join MEP's and then go AWOL without letting coordinator know, more so for extended amounts of time.

I'll check the beta tonight riccardocasu but I remember liking your beta the last time cept a few parts seemed slow but if u fixed that I doubt I'll have any complaints.

Another possibility I'm managing is that I could add some scenes from an extra anime just to get the mood I want. My current anime doesn't let me choose too much due to the lyrics, and sinced nobody has picked this anime, I guess it will be fine to take some scenes from a single episode, that's the only thing I'll need from it
