Good God, bad disaster occured. I have lost everything on my computer relating to anything thta seems to have been in the "My Documents" folder in my C:. My system files are fine, and my editing program is also fine, but I have lost all of my video footage, personal files (which includes: school files, my amv archive, my pictures, my music, basically everything). However, fear not, as I am a resiliant editor and ready for any and all challenges. I'm not dropping out, just informing you that it might take a while to get everything back to speed. (I've actually lost a lot of work that I needed for school summer-assignment wise and my summer classes I'm taking, as well as important files I use for work, and those WILL take precedence before the MEP) I'm sure I will be able to make the deadline and all that, just informing you of my disaster and getting this off my chest.

(BTW - Copy/Paste Job)

So, in general, I will have to totally re-make my track, thankfully I still have second beta hosted online for reference.

You know, I just looked at my beta again (I hosted it on my website), and I realized how badly I don't like it. I'm scrapping it and starting over again. I'm keeping the song and most of the footage, but I just didn't like it at all. Go figure.

Oh, and the intro is about 1/16 done. Been a busy boy these last few days.

Erm :< A slight change in plans.

I kind of lost my spark for editing to my first song choice, It's All Coming Back, and was hoping if it's not too late to change. I did some contemplating, and I don't really think the song fits my pairing choice very well.

I was hoping, if it's alright with u_queen and whoever else needs to know, if I could change my song to Forgiven by Within Temptation. The lyrics are better suited to the couple, and it's a simpler ballad that I find a lot easier to edit to. That okay?

And with any luck I'll have a decent video by the final deadline o.o;;

I seems the deadline is way too near to change your song, I don't have problem with it, I like Within Temtation; however several editors have trouble with their videos (including me with the credits

). I found it better if I delay the project until august 20th-25th. I really want you to finish your video as something you like it and feel proud of.
But let's be more democratic, who's voting for be it delayed? Or is there someone that will have the final "for sure" in agust 1st?

Within Temptation is beautiful music, though. ^^
