- Probably ask the editors a week before they are supposed to get the song if they are ready. That way you have a week to expect for an answer/excuses/drops etc before you actually send the song and doesn't interrupt the pace of 1 week per editor. (well kinda, you would need to see details and stuff)If I did do something like this again, what would you have me do differently?
- Use your Back Up Editors

- Updates were slow and generally we noticed them when SOMEONE else bumped the topic.
- Maybe be more strict with the 1 week limit? dunno, thats up to you and I can understand if some people can't do it in 1 week. But yeah, seems like a lot of people took longer than they should have.
- The wait... either for your turn or to see the finished product. But thats not something we can control much. I mean we knew it was going to be at min 28 weeks. So this point can be ignored.
