I sent it to him. It's only about 6 minutes long with 7 tracks from the songs you guys said. Pretty even in terms of upbeat and relaxing beat IMO.

If you want more songs and tracks feel free to give input, I'm not against it but I really think this is enough in terms of tracks IMO otherwise the MEP may struggle to finish with alot of tracks like many other MEPs. Besides, TC has final say in any matter.

I wasn't really sure what parts you guys wanted from songs so I just went for a smooth mix instead of choice bits however I was able to include the best "Evacuate the dance floor" chorus part .

Yeah, the transition from Evacuate the dancefloor in my opinion was blazeh, lol. I really do appreciate you helping with the mix Eva. But that song is just so damn hard to transition from or to. Especially with all the new music she has put out recently.

I honestly think we should go with the first mix I posted, seeing as how it does support the theme I wanna go for in this MEP. And we will be hard pressed to get another good mix like it. But I'm open to new mixes. I'm just so used to mixing the old songs that I have no idea how to transition into the newer stuff. It's just way more spurattic.

Honestly I can't say we are just gonna go with the original mix I posted because that would leave me in a situation with no takers to join the MEP, so I'm trying my bestest to please as many people as I can. I'm open to allowing more songs in but I had enough trouble getting the original mix I posted mixed.

So, end result being, if we can't come up with a better mix, I think we are gonna go with the one I originally posted. This MEP has garnished more than enough interest. However, before I make any final decisions, I will wait to see what everyone else thinks.

well sorry but I really wanted to edit to fever, i dont care if my mix is used but that was my requirement .

Edit: Actually just noticed the scratch in the beginning, that's not even aspost to be there. The start of evacuate was seamless with the lyrics but eh no point in fixin that now :p

I don't like most of the transition in the new mix
they're kinda rough - especially the one from Runaway to Faded
and I think you should put the remix of Faded in it (the one that TC used in his mix)

hmm all in all I like the first mix more...but it's sad that there are no new songs in it
can you put the Faded-Remix of TC in the new mix and show how it sounds then?

I could but that's not gonna solve the problems of transitions for other parts you dont like. I used the faded song that TC provided so i'm not quite sure what you mean.

Edit: I like the first mix as well it's just I didn't get any real visual ideas listening to it. I have ideas for evacuate and fever for source and editing. Only problem I have with the first mix is the transition at 2:35. The empty beat that starts @ 4:53 seems pointless to me but someone might like to edit to it so I don't know.

Anyway good luck guys i'll be watching the thread incase TC adds evac or fever to his mix.

Well, I am still tweaking the original mix I posted. So, I should have an updated on for you guys sometime tonight. I'll be adding 2 songs to it, as the mix won't be able to stand being much longer than it is without the parts being somewhat long.

If no one still likes the mix with the 2 new songs added, then we will just go with the original mix I posted.

HERE IS MY ATTEMPT AT PUTTING SOMETHING NEW INTO THE MIX:

I put in 3 new songs at the beginning in after which the original mix posted kicks off from where the last new song leaves off. All in all it may be a little bit longer but nothing like "HOLY SHET THAT'S LONG!!" All in all, about the same length of the first CascadaThon if not a few seconds longer.

Before you ask, no. Evacuate the Dancefloor is not in this mix. However, I do have something special planned for it in this mix later on down the road.

Meaning, we can have an either or. There will only be 1 set of credits in the entire MEP. The choice is your however as to if you want them at the beginning or the end of the MEP. Evacuate The Dancefloor will be used as the credits. Thus the credits will have to be somewhat awesome in comparison to the song. I'll leave the credits track to whoever thinks they can be the most original with it.

So fear not. Evacuate the Dancefloor will be in the MEP.

What does everyone think of the mix? How are the transitions for the new songs? I hope I didn't do too bad.

Lemme know what you think and if you think we are good to start dividing up tracks or not and tech details and whatnot.

Using evac for credits destroys the point of it for me as I don't want to do credits. The three songs you put in I'm not interested in sorry. I could have edited to breathless with please twins, was hoping u may have added that one since I knew you wouldn't use fever or evac. Didn't use the best part from who do you think you are either. Honestly your better off with the first mix IMO at this rate but eh since I won't be hoppin on board it's not really like I have any say.

The mix is still being tweaked. This is just what I could come up with for today. I'm about to head to bed right now, but I can try and include evacuate into the mix. but the songs beat is just so hard to transition to or from. Even still, I'll give it the old college try. I'll keep you posted Eva. Trying my best to please everyone.

Speaking of, what does everybody think of the new mix I posted? I may just go ahead and make an entire mix with all of her new songs. I'm starting to get used to the transition of her new ones. I'll keep you all posted.

Although, I think we may wind up using the original mix I posted, I still wanna try and get you guys's opinions on the new mix before I make any definite decisions.
