Well, yes and no. The first RoS had a website to inform people about it, and not to mention a lot of you had RoS banners in your sig. I would definitely say it's a ME project under what AD stated.

I had no idea what it was... Even when it showed up at AWA, I still went "WTF?" I didn't have any idea until I read up on RoS2...

You misunderstand,

That link is just the second part of the entire Animix 1 project. And the very first post on this thread has a list of projects completed, in progress and not yet confirmed. It just so happens that Animix 2 is under the "Not Yet Confirmed" List
