ok I was able to edit it to 1:18, BUT I have a good ending! mine should be last..... is it ok if I cannibalize a few amvs?? I mean without effects, just I DON'T want to d/l the fansubs...

well it depends, if its a MEP i can eventually ask that they allow over a 100MB file, doesnt mean that they will let me, but its worth a shot

Ok, go with a simple baseline then. Project files should be 640x480. That is, of course, a 4x3 resolution so if someone uses 16x9 source they should letterbox it. Final video should be at 24 fps. Anyone who turns in a weird resolution/frame rate will be taunted repeatedly and may or may not end up with their bit cut, depends on if it can be converted or not.
