I'm really happy that I made the cut thanks! ^_^ I appreciate it. I'll be sure to join any other MEPs that you end up planning.

I know the specs say HuffYUV, but would a YV12-mode Lagarith file be okay? Otherwise it might take a while to get every single piece of the file to you (the HuffYUV file is about 850 megs since it's in RGB24, Rapidshare only allows 100 megs per file, and trying to coordinate transferring 9 pieces of a spanned archive is rather awkward; the YV12-mode Lagarith file, on the other hand, is only about 260 megs - the RGB24-mode Lagarith file, hence no colorspace conversion, is about twice that size/half the size of the HuffYUV version).

Try using http://up-file.com Their filesize is unlimited, as far as I can see. The rest of the project is in RGB mode, but I guess we can convert it from YUV. I've never worked with Lagarith codec vids before though. Do they work okay in programs like Avisynth and Virtualdub?Qyot27 wrote:I know the specs say HuffYUV, but would a YV12-mode Lagarith file be okay? If you've got the newest version it should okay, although just to be on the safe side I would suggest maybe converting back to HuffYUV on the other end, since sometimes there are incompatibilities with things like MPEG encoding software. Those things don't appear with AviSynth and VDub, so converting back to HuffYUV works the way it should. If worse comes to worse though I can see what I can do with the original Huffy.Sierra Lorna wrote:Try using http://up-file.com Their filesize is unlimited, as far as I can see. I'll use RGB-mode though so there's no colorspace conversions. All that would be needed in VDub is a Fast Recompress back to HuffYUV.
