start-0:08: good start
slash at :09 is a bit late
purple fist of fiery might at :14 kinda throws off your previous sync a bit...mebbe it would work better if you cut out the few frames that come before the fiery purple fist.
clip of the girl at :15 doesn't make much sense to me (after the clip of the guy jumping backwards holding that appears to be the same girl). I like both, but there's only room for one of the two clips.

I like the sword fighting stuff at the end, but timing needs to be cleaned up some still.
:17 with mr. white shirt: I think it'd look better if you cut out the first 11 or so frames (get rid of the backstroke, using vdub it's frames 518-528 of your beta)
:20 (frame 603): the hit happens too early it looks like
:21 (frame 631): I can't tell what it is, but it feels like the timing here is just a bit off

:22 extra clip of girl is kinda jarring to the sync, I'd either try pushing the hit at 631 back to the next available beat or just getting rid of this short, extra clip

I still like it, but timing in the second half needs cleaning
