I'll just comment on it =|
In late 00:00 to 00:02, there's no timing at all from what I've seen.
Then at 00:02 to 00:03, it seemed like you let the clip drag on since that last scene change. I'd suggest timing the constant beats as well instead of just timing one of them and wait for the next set to come in. Looked as if you got lazy. =/
In late 00:03, you only timing that clap noise, which looks like a lack of effort, once again. ;_;
At 00:04, even though you timed the person's body movements, I didn't notice it until I actually had to pause the screen. So I'm not sure how you could make that look better. Maybe if you faded into the scene a little earlier and then the people will be able to see what you did.
Late 00:04, you once again just timed one of the constant beats instead of all of them.
I really think you need to do the fade out idea I showed you last night. Your timing for the clap noise is good, in my opinion. But the constant beats are your main problem. You completely ignore them after the first beat in the set begins. Though, I think the body movement and timing was perfect at 00:15. There isn't any need to edit that part since it looks nice and is perfectly viewable. To me, all you have to do is time those constant beats with a black flash and the segment will look cool. Don't take my criticism to heart, man. :O

Hey, guys! I've got another beta for you! It's for my Enth E Nd track, and it's not complete because SQ hasn't started on her last 5-7 seconds, dammit!

Well after many more attempts I tried to add fx and it looked like shit.
So I decided to retime large portions of it. I think this will be my last
beta. Becuase I might start devloping nightmares about this track if
I have to reedit it again.
Other News:
Track 13- Frgt/10(Alchemist ft. Chali 2na)-
Reanimation- 5:45 - 6:09- OtakuForLife - Noir
(This ones going to take me a while)
This will be an FX track I already see it in my head.
I'll be doing
Track 18- Forgotten- Hybrid Theory- 8:32 - 9:10-
to Saikano. It has the right kinda mood for it after
careful concideration of other sources I had in mind.
Don't expect 18 for a while
Got a bunch of other MEPs Tracks to do.
Including wanderlust for Dark Desires.
