While we're at it with the questions, I've got one:

- *NEW* The video must use a song (with or without lyrics). This means no commercials or comedy act audio. However, a few AMV themed jokes without anime are acceptable.

What if the desired audio clip is from a movie and is already set against a song, of which we already know the title? Is this acceptable? Sounds like a cop out, I know, but I just thought I'd ask.

It may be a good idea to set a standard frame rate. I propose 24 fps.
