Dear Editor Crators Co creators and organisors.

I would like you Permition to show Cascadathon at Variouse Conventions in the United Kingdom NOT THE USA will leave that to TC and AL

For you people in America thats 7000 miles off the East cost of the USA.

There will be 4 main cons i would like to show this MEP at in date order of the cons.

Tokonatsu 2009 ( July) ( Outdoor anime Feastival , Milton Keyens ) 300 people attending
Alcon 2009 (august) ( Large indoor anime convention .Leiceter ) 1000 people attending
Ayacon 2009 (september ) ( UKs largest Anime convention ,Warwick ) 1500 people attending
Auchinowa 2009 ( october ) ( scotish Anime Convention In ,Glasgow ) 700 people attending

There are NO Anime music video compations in the UK,
So this will only appear in a showcase of AMVs from people who submit AMV entries.
This will also Most likely be the Only MEP shwoing at thies conventions.

Its is a great chance to get the video noticed and Have the videos popularity soar.

As you can also see thies will be shown well after the premier of the MEP,

Is this ok with everyone?

I will also be Running 90% of the AMV events in the UK this year including the ones at thies cons and festivals so i can give this videos pride and place over all the other videos giving it even more Showtime and Popularity.

You will All be credited for this video the names of all the poeple involved will be shown and mentioned.
The video will be shown in full with credits.

No offense to everyone's hard work (and my own) but, if you're only showing one, don't you think there's probably better meps you could showcase? (memory flash, esylum, starfish, Nur Getraumt ect)

I mean, it'd be great if it's shown, but if you're involved with setting up the amv showcase don't you think you should be thinking about what's best for the con?

From what i have seen of peoples Entirs this will be as good if not better than others. Think of it more as free advetisment for you guys.

I will be show Just the Same As other videos.

If there are other MEPs entered they will be shown. Same as this one but at the mo this will be 1 of 2 Meps being shown at toko, The other being similer to AMV hell,

as far as i am aware there are no other MEP being shown but that could change. If you would like to enter an mep to one of thies events you are more than welcome to.

But i was asking if you guys would like this one shown, I have put hard work into rhis as well and was aking if you guys would not mind.

I already announced that the April 5th deadline was just a regular deadline. I'll be announcing a new deadline for final betas this week.
Hagaren sent us numerous betas and is 90% done with his track.
Blabbler screen shared with me and showed me his concept and worked on it in front of me. This was all I required from him by April 5th.
Raep ran into technical difficulties but is back on his feet now. He has shown me a beta for track 1 like 10 times already
Kazemon submitted a full beta for track 10 a long time ago and just wants to tweak it. If you want to see a beta for track 2, you will have to wait because she just took that track like 2 weeks ago.
Vax submitted me a beta, but I want it was just the premiere base and I want to see how it looks once he puts it through After Effects,

As for me, I'll show you a beta this weekend for track 3. Three reformats and multiple crashes have impaired my progress. I was about to announce today that I was going to drop from track 3, but I found out what was causing all the problems and fixed it. I shouldnt (hopefully) be running into anything more problems.

EDIT: For Blabbler, I'm going to have him keep his credits under wraps until the project compiled because

I was implying that I wanted to see the beta's. I am well aware that you have seen these beta's. I, however, have not and wish to see them. I've only seen a select few beta's and have yet to see a beta, whether it be full or not from the others. As a coordinator, I would like to see these beta's so that i can chime in my two cents. It's only fair.

I wanna finish track 10 and send the final before I do track 2, therefore, it will be one less thing for me to worry about.

I've been under alot of stress this week. <_< My work changed my schedual...again....so now I've been working everyday since Saturday until this Friday....so I havent had a chance to get anything done yet. And I work a split shift. 6 AM to 9 AM... then return at 2 PM to 7 PM, but go to school inbetween those hours and lately have been getting only 4 hour sleep, so...yeah. But I am a fast worker...once I get my days off this weekend, I'll work on this again.
