sorry Tritio :P it just seemed like you asked because you thought that I'm lazy to do nice transitions >.<

I agree with this. Also I couldn't really tell if it was lipsync or lipflap. It felt like lipflap but it might have been lipsync except the scenes are waaay too fast to be lipsynced so it just feels weird.(The last few ones are ok)And personally I felt like the beginning was much better when you left it really simple with no zooms or flashes. The scenes themselves are pretty good, maybe just a little pan/camera movement would be fine and then you can bring in the beat sync from 0:14 onwards.

Code: I don't have anything for you to change, also the new ending scenes are awesome.

You could say the same thing about the last half of Track 4 but I like it.
Plus the beats are monotonous for Track 8 in the first half with a static swipe sound. Then it picks up at the halfway point.

It's one of the string of memories from the show. Have you not seen Madoka? :uhoh:
It was there from the last couple betas and there were no complaints. :?

I'll add a zoom pan there then instead of the swipe.

I don't like lipflap like the next person but I know I made the effort to lipsync. Timing it with the audio or editing the frames themselves with masks. The lipsyncing at the very end was a rough 4 point garbage matte that I intend to create a motion alpha mask for a cleaner edge.

So I guess the whole pan zoom for the first half is too much? Back to basics then with slight pan/camera movement.

Hmm...personally I was more focused on the scene itself rather than what the characters were saying. I felt like the lipsync wasn't necessary for the first part of the track because you wanted to rely on the scenes to build up the mood. Then the scenes at 0:14-0:22 were simply too fast for the lipsync to be effective. 0:22 onwards is where I thought the lipsync was a good idea.

yeah but you could try different things in the first half? D: for example I liked your zooms in the second beta and the flashes are also nice, the problam was always that there were too many of them, but if you tried using them like zoom-flash-zoom-flash-then something else, and maybe try hitting the bigger beats with that "zoom with lower opactiy" rather than the ones that are not as loud >.<

D: no I'm not saying that you're lazy. I was just saying that sometimes keeping simple a scene may be more helpful than trying to do a super transition to show something that might just need a crossfade

Oh, I see. I've changed the beginning. As for 0:14-0:22, those were the scenes I wanted and they lipsynced well. Otherwise, I would have to do some masking to either keep their mouths open or shut. :uhoh:

I'm sending out another edit. Let me know what you think.

No problem! I'm just trying to get it done because no one else really wanted to do the track at the time. :awesome:

Hitori: It looks so much nicer now. You might want to add a tiny pan to the scene at 0:03 and 0:04.
MystykAMV wrote:just the flash at 0:07 comes in too late imo
Maybe you could fade out the previous scene to black and then flash the next one in?
