I have a question regarding the AMV Hell DVD. Is it safe to do such a thing?

I'm out.. My sense of humor is too much that of the unconventional, I fear. As such, any AMV Hell worthy ideas I may have seem to escape my grasp.

What would be the problem? The first four AMV Hells are available in the Prefect Collection which you download and then burn to DVD. Some MEPs do this for the participants of the mep, Like The AMV Holiday Special. I guess as long as no money is exchanged it's the same as burning your own stuff to DVDs and giving it to friends.
