Okay so I fixed up the who's on stage clip (shortened and changed ending). I am still going through things for people walking away from explosions but no luck I did want to know while I have the audio cleaned and separated if we could use a few more quick "It's so fluffy clips" to strengthen the mini gag? What do you all think?

Moonbunnychan, your cake clip is doing better, but it still needs some more work I'm sorry to say. One of the major issues for it is not so much the sync issue, which does take away from it, but how her head looks like it's slamming into an invisible wall. That's the most jarring part. The best thing you can do is try to loop her and mask in her mouth for certain sections. Lipsyncing doesn't take as much time as it seems for a clip that length. I thought Haruhi would be evil to me on the Haruvi Baadoman clip, but it wasn't so bad. What you're doing is unfortunately having to match a moving head if you really wanted it to match, which is more tough of course, but would of course be the best case for that clip.

If you can stop her head from jolting at the very least, it should hold up, but post AMA I'd love to see her singing the song. I guess I just find lipsynhc fun ^^

For the Raptar clip, you used the explosion a bit prematurely. It doesn't make sense with that sound coming out of his mouth. You'd just stick with the roar and fire from the source audio. It's right after that that you'd cut to an explosion of some building or whatever and use the explosion audio. In this case, if the roar and fire effect goes on for a bit you can leave those going on under the explosion too and keep the audio cue that he's the reason it happened. And don't use the click noise in the audio since it makes no logical sense with the scene, that's there for if there actually IS a button click ^^ While the click-boom is the intended running gag, you only really need the explosion to make it a unified idea. And did you try letting the explosion sound effect trail off behind the line of dialogue after you show an explosion? Not too early of course so everyone can hear him clearly on top of it, but leave it in behind him and see how that sounds. His dialogue may need to be brought up a bit though so it's clear.

Anyway, that's my time... time to collapse for a long seminar day tomorrow...

I'm rendering a third test beta now.
I left a couple more of the weaker (for lack of a better word) clips out due to them being long and using an anime too many times.
Not sure if you'll notice but please...no offense if you do.
Anyway, I'll post the download link (DivX AVI) in an hour or so.
Once you all see it and have your new / revised clips ready, please let me know where they should be placed o on the time line.
Can't wait to have an order ready so I can write the end credits...

and kireblue...the separate tracks you sent me worked. Your Greymon clip is good to go.

In my own opinion I'd cut (as of the last beta anyway) the jelly doughnut one, the library one (I DO like it, I do, I just don't know that it fits), probably the Princess and the Frog one (I hate to see it go, but I do admit it isn't as funny as other ones and long), possibly one of the two Paprika ones (I like both of them quite a lot, it's just that they're both kind of long and use a lot of the same footage), maybe the Happy Meal one unless the audio can be better. I know opinion on it is split, but I still think the Screw in the Tuna one is too long (but I guess that can be left up to the AMA audience to decide). The Kid Sister one...I don't know that I've ever had such a completely neutral feeling on a clip. I really have no strong feelings for it either way. It's not bad, but there's nothing super extraordinary about it either. Plus while My Buddy is pretty iconic, unless somebody is in the late twenties or older age range they may not remember Kid Sister.

Also by this point is it an "all cuts are final" situation or if the majority of people think it should stay it'll come back?

Which one is "Princess and Frog?"
I think everyone should choose a few clips (if any) that should be cut or replaced after watching this one.
I also added an explosion to the end of CurryMuttonPizza production tag and shortened the "Library" (starting with second verse) and "You're Gay" clips (starting after "You're gay for saying that.").
Then I sped up the "Unicorn" clip as it runs toward the star and quieted the explosion sound.
I tried to spread out the long clips as much as possible but I ran out of shorter ones several clips before the end.
Overall I think this is a better mix.

The Princess and the Frog one is the Friends on the Other Side one. From reading comments on here opinion seems to be split...pretty much if you know the movie you love it, if you haven't seen it, not so much. I THINK more people then not are familiar with it but I don't know. I mean, if it comes down to the wire and time is short I'm not going to loose any sleep over it. Maybe test it at AMA? If it totally tanks, oh well, if it gets laughs, then great.

If you guys don't like that I could always just make the initial fireball larger. That's what I was initially going to do with the same flying head thing as the game, then realized that not being a robot that may be a bit much lol.

I feel so torn about that Library one. I LOVE it as a clip, but spent the whole time waiting for some sort of punchline that never came, so the feeling at the end was "well...ok then." It's almost TOO innocent.

Also is the Charizard one still in? I'm about to work on some syncing in that and am not gonna bother otherwise.

Oh and I made a new production tag. It's shorter then my old one so I don't see that being any sort of issue.

I have replaced the "it's so fluffy" audio on my first fluffy clip and have shortened the who's on stage (should you use it) and leveled out the new fluffy audio too upon Gaels advice. I am unsure if all my fluffies need to change but let me know if they should, apparently the first one was a bit hard to hear and am unsure (as I had no troubles with any) if the rest are like that as well. They should be in your box here in a few.

For everyone else, I've volunteered to record the audience reaction video since it seems Deuce and I are the only ones attending this coming weekend. I had planned on posting it on youtube unlisted and then sending you all the link here but then I forgot that there is a 10 min limit...and I'd hate to break it all up. So depending on the file size I could post it on facebook for everyone to go watch or I could uploaded it for you to download. Which ever you would prefer just let me know ^_^ It "should" be up about an hour or so (maybe earlier) after the salad block is over on Saturday.

EDIT: okay Moonbunny here it is. You're going to have to fade it a bit as I didn't know how far you like to fade into your audio and what not so I left about a second or so on there of the "it's" part which is very close to what was before it so it sounds kind of like a hiccup if it's not faded into. if you need the whole thing there's a conversation Gael and I were having a page or so back where he posts his link to the whole mess of Agnes. but this is cut from the file he found so you don't have to sort through it ^_^
