Just sent off a Night Nurse final beta. I'm super behind on crits but Ill see if I can review some stuff tomorrow after school.

As mentioned before I think you should hit the quick beats at 0:12 with some sort of scene then flash into the scene at 0:13 instead of using a crossfade. This way it emphasizes the beats more. You might also want to mask that leaf at 0:17 and use it as a transition so it looks smoother. And to transition from the gunshot at 0:19 to the stiller scene afterwards I'd recommend using a gradual and long but light flash. Then afterwards where you added the overlays, fade them in and out so it's not so static looking.

I like this a lot better now, better dynamics, improved pacing and the end looks a lot lot smoother. So just fix the zoom clip at 0:03, and at 0:10 you have an awkward looking tiny black fade which might be better as a flash OR you can add a black fade out to the scene before so it smoothens the transition between those 2 scenes. The scene at 0:12 feels so similar to the earlier scene of his face, have you got something else that's not a facial shot to replace it? Also lipflap at 0:13. As for the boxes, how exactly are you scaling them? I normally do this kind of thing in AE so the only thing I can think of at the moment for replicating it in vegas is to apply the same keyframes for the scaling to all of the footage separately, render it as a lossless (the scene) and then import them back into vegas and do the positioning. Oh and make the black fade out here at 0:20 longer, I'd start fading out at 0:19 actually. 0:21 make the flashing a little bit more lighter again and then once the flashing ends, move the next scene a little earlier so your crossfade is synced to the first beat after the flashing. 0:25-0:27 feels a bit strange with your scene choices cause she's running then suddenly stopping and looking surprised? :\ You could maybe move the one of the blue dude to after the one where she's running and then put the stopping and surprised scene after the blue dude. Oh and I'm still seeing some lighter frame blending. I think it's cause you sped up some of those scenes so make sure you right click--> switches --> disable resample on those sped up scenes or it'll blend no matter what frame rate you're at.

That mask slide blur at 0:03 looks really awkward, you should just remove it and make a super long crossfade from the Alto to the Sheryl scene. I also don't think you need the necklace/chest scene at 0:07. I like 0:12 but I think you missed out a beat so just check that. I'd also check the flash at 0:14 which TC mentioned. Lipflap on the woman at 0:21. 0:24 I think Sheryl blinks just before your fade out ends so take a look at that cause it looks kinda strange.

Awesome, I really like it. The flow and the sync is great. :up: The only thing I'm a little sketchy on is the start where it still has audio from Au Revoir. Cause while it's got a good lead in atmosphere, the pacing feels too slow for the tempo of the song since that part of Au Revoir still has quite a lot of beats lurking about.
Sorry for taking so long with some of the betas, I've been really busy this week and now I still need to go and pack since I'm going on vacation for a few days so I won't be able to beta anything till at least next friday. Oh well, I think I write too much anyway. :P If you really want me to check something for you then try and send me it by tomorrow morning. ^^

I'll echo Aimo's comments on the betas. I have a few other nitpicks, but now I'm at the point where I just want the finals. XD

Sorry for lack of updates the last few days, I've been mildly* stressed with my workload this week and haven't gotten much accomplished. Granted, I'm still missing half the finals, but the credits haven't been getting as much attention as they should. Probably won't be as spectacular as they should be**, but they'll suffice for the AAC crowd, and I can re-dedicate time after the AAC deadline to make it prettier for the .org audience (assuming TC wants to wait a few extra days before release).

Yeah, I mean the Youtube/a-m-v.org release. AAC will have credits.

Should have that extra track done today too. Although isn't it tomorrow (the 25th) the deadline?

My track is still being worked on, but I highly doubt it'll be done by midnight, I wasn't anticipating it needed to get done before the 25th. I'll be making my best attempt to get it done by early next morning. Apologies for the delay, I've been overworked and overly stressed, it will get done though.
