Okay:

1) Your source, encoding, everything looks good. Nice quality.
2) You picked nice anime with wise scenes.
3) Your pacing is a little fast - try leaving some beats out, prolong those fades, do not be afraid to leave out people if you want to, etc.
4) Don't forget to mask out lipflap ;x

For start it's a good beta - keep it up (b><)b

EDIT: It still has too much action in it. For example :13 - :21 is... kinda acceptable, still the first half of it could still be slowed down, then :25 - end is almost good too.

Everything except the pacing is okay now ;D
