I finally got the FTP to work. Turns out it was the "Mcaffee redirector service" thingy that was making an ass of itself again.

Aaaarrrrghh! That's three times now a critical error or andom disconnection has caused the file to be cut off before it's completed! So there's now three useless files on the FTP server, two of them saying 'The Real One'

Will try again... I just apologise for the clutter and will remember to add a .txt file pointing out the full version.

I get the same thing with the disconnections. I use FileZilla for FTP. When I get disconnected, I hit the "Quick Connect" button and the transfer continues. I created a directory for my vids and doc files so as not to clutter the main directory, although I wish I'd had permission to move or delete my own files if I need to replace them.

I think my thing would upload a lot more easily if I could do it as a .rar file. It normaly is 68.3M and the rar makes it 22.6M. But I don't know whether Z & S have that program.

It's not easy for me to get these four hour stretches on a family connection. And it must be annoying for Z always having to clean up the failed files... it won't let me delete them.

OK, I got two movies completely up in .rar format!

The one of Cowboy Bebop which is fully working is called "Right Version" FYI. The rest were all f##ked by my lousy connection so you can delete them. Will be doing new entries so watch out.
