10. You are allowed to challenge someone for their track in the mep, however after a certain amount of time, I will be locking the tracks and no challenges will be accepted.

I like the line up of editors we have right now. We've got people of different skill levels and styles. I removed this rule because I dont want anything to endanger the current line up and cause unnecessary drama in the mep. I'm sorry to those that were affected by this rule before and believe me when I say that those affected were a big reason in my removing this rule

I must say, I disagree with the new rule 10. While a general consensus to be calm and not start anything would be fine, an outright rule banning it seems rather...totalitarian.

I guess I was playing with semantics right here, but no dont worry it isnt an outright ban from the mep if you dont follow the rule because I do expect members from time to time to break it. It's only natural that you'd want to defend yourself and the mep, so when someone does break it, they'll be reminded to ignore the person causing trouble. If things get out of hand, then we will have to sit down and have a talk and consequences will be discussed based on the situation.

I will have to drop as well. I already have 2 other MEP's to focus on as well as a personal project.

I know that sometimes drops tend to have domino effect (one person drops because they see that the someone else has dropped), but I dont think that was his exact reasoning behind it.

I removed the beta deadline from the title of the thread so people will actually have to read what's going on with it rather than be discouraged to join when they see that the dealine is near. People joining today and after, will receive a custom beta deadline.
