Seeing that:

- All videos should aim to be less than 30 seconds in length.

I assume the answer would be yes. Though, I too am curious as to whether or not there's a minimum length requirement.

in amv hell 3 there was one piece that was like 2 or 3 seconds long so yes i supposed a 5 second piece could be accepted, although it better be a damn good 5 seconds since they said they'll be more selective of slots this time around

Zarxrax you bastard!!

You would come up this idea after my 1 year release from AMV Hell rehab.

AMV Hell 3 was my favorite project to work on back in 2005 and watching it at AWA that year i declare it one of the best MEP for that year. I had to go into rehab after that where I couldn't make any video shorter than 30 secs. They striped me of all my short bits of audio and made me edit with full length songs...it was horrible..but i got over my addiction because of it. Now once again you set the trap for me to fall into it again.

Lol...ahh..hell since this project will most likely kill our CBR Heck project and i have particpated in all the AMV Hell's up to this point then I guess i can recycled the ideas for it..
