I have a few problems though:

1. It has no subtitles...is that really that bad or is it alright if my track has none?

2. Total Video Convertor acts weird and I cant conver it to .flv Is there any other file format I could send the track in?

I'd suggest compress to divx with an incredibly high quantizer - or terribly low bitrate, it's kind of the same.
