If you check the track list on the first page, you'll notice that some tracks aren't still marked as finished. So my guess would be no.

Indeed. It looks as though, aside from the 3 I just finished last night, there are 10 tracks not marked as finished.

Mine are about halfway done being uploaded now. yay~
