So, it seems, I have decided to throw my hat into the MEP ring. I decided to use Sevendust, mainly because I have been hooked on the band ever since I heard Praise and because they are one of the less used artists when it comes to AMVs.
I have used songs from every album that Sevendust has made. This includes Sevendust, Home, Animosity, Seasons, Next and their newest Alpha.
I will be the one running the show and I have the final say on everything that happens in this MEP. That being said there are some simple guidelines you must follow.
Technical
Frame Rate: 23.976fps or 24fps – (Make sure it is progressive footage, no interlacing, No Exceptions)
Resolution: 640x480 – All widescreen footage must have bars added and not looked stretched.
Final Turn In Format: Lagarith AVI ONLY (Set to YV12 Mode): This is a new rule because Lags reduces the size of the file quite a bit.
Betas: You may share betas with anyone you wish. The final can be submitted to me over AIM, MSN, PM or E-Mail.

Anime
Any anime is fine, but the anime can not be used twice. If someone wishes to use the same anime as someone has chosen, who has a track, they must have a very solid concept and I have to approve.
Requirements for Joining
If you wish to join post your track choice and anime selection (if you have it in mind). If I do not know you I may request you to post links to your best videos. You must be able to follow the guidelines for technical aspects as well as meet the deadline.
Beta Rules
Any kind of suggestions and criticism which is given to you, you must take and not complain about what people have to say about your track. People who criticize must be giving true criticism and not just flaming an editor. I think most of us have had a lapse in our judgment and maybe we have started a flame war from this kind of situation before. This is why you must be open for any kind of suggestions. If someone in the MEP will not take suggestions at all (not just if they misunderstand them) they may be subject to being kicked out of the project. This is because I do not want a huge flame war to erupt, or there to be a refusal to allow people to help you with your track.
