I squeeze my fists and curl my tongue, calling out a roaring shout. I break the barriers, and explode in gold. Hundreds slaughtered, no remorse. Each battle feeds my needs. Arising each with higher force,no limits to my building greed.

I think this one deserves attention;
This video captures the relationship between Shinji and Asuka very nicely, and also also gives a nice profile of them both. With a great song and awesome mood settings, this video is worth watching.
=====
I would also suggest this one;
A very nice drama video. I have watched it before seeing the actual anime, but even then it made sense. In the end I could feel my heart pumping, while my eyes were half-blinded by tears. Awesome choice of song too! Highly recommended!

One of the better humorous uses of Eva footage that hasn't been mentioned is Obligatory Eva Trailer by MeriC and VegettoEX. Just great lipsync.

First of all: Don´t take the outro serious^^'
This is a special video. The whole thing is alternative and is also editited alternative. Forget about white flashes going with drums, pianokeys, tons of crossfades and so on... Here comes "Tear you apart!"
We´re addicted of the song and the AMV. You will watch it more and more... A really smart and cool AMV...
Well done Knux for this really none mainstream AMV!
One bad thing:
The video quality is really not best, but we will ask him to make a better version in mp4

The true test of an amv is if it can be loved by someone who doesn't really care for the anime: Please check these out.
Making an amv, is rather like being the director of a Broadway show, where you have a million dancers and each of them only knows one step.
