Nadesico Filter Scripting Help Request

I am working with Martian Successor Nadesico ripped from the Japanese DVDs and I'm having a hell of a time getting it deinterlaced. Though relatively new to this, I'm not a complete idiot - I've been through the A&E Technical Guides and the Decomb documentation several times. It looks like 3:2 pulldown, but it's not responsive to Telecide, regardless of my guide and post parameters.

Has anyone already been through this and able to tell me what settings I should be using for this particular job? Or at least have some idea what I might be doing wrong?
