IPCSource - Plugin needed?

Post by SrgtWilco » Wed Sep 26, 2007 11:52 pm

Hey guys...Trying to use the Premiere-Avisynth export plugin I found on this site, when I go to import the provided script into VirtualDubMod, it tells me there is "no function named IPCSource" [The command is: IPCSource("yourfile")]. I've browsed google for a plugin to download for this, but I'm not having much luck - any help?

What version of AVISynth was the plugin written for? If it wasn't written for 2.5.x, you'll have to use LoadPluginEx in order to load it.

AVISynth 2.5.x doesn't recognize plugins made for AVISynth 2.0.x and older unless you use the LoadPluginEx plugin.

Well thanks, and that's nice to know, but my problem is simply that I don't have a plugin for Avisynth relating to the IPCSource command, and don't know where to find one (the plugin I mentioned actually using is for Premiere, not Avisynth)

... Oops. I kind of assumed there was an AVISynth plugin somewhere in that directory.

A quick search on the Doom9 forum seems to indicate that IPCSource hasn't been included in AVISynth since version 1; looks like the only way is to get the PluginPace frameserver.
