skipping

Post by The Origonal Head Hunter » Fri Nov 30, 2007 5:31 pm

Alright, here be my problem: I rip my anime dvds with the AMVApp stuff (dvd decrypter, dgindex) and when load my avs files into Premiere, putting it into the window, the video starts skipping. It's not that it skips over parts, but that every few frames it will back track and begin again, go abit farther than the first time, then repeat the process.

I don't believe this is caused by Premiere, so I'm assuming something has gone wrong in the ripping process. And it's not just one dvd or series, I've done it with multiple series and recieved the same.

I've had the same problem with pro 1.5 (I'm pretty sure the problem was on pro 1.5's end)
It seems to be fine now...no idea what fixed it.

try defragging, and delete render and audio conform files
try closing any other programs too
