I have vob files and I download AMVapp (2.5 I think) I have VirtualDubMod as well and all the applications from AMVapp
I got my vob files and made it into an AviSynth Script file via the DGIndex
It runs about 1 hour 30 minutes and I want to cut it into clips, but I'm confused on how to do this.
Should I pass my file thru VirtualDubMod and make it into one big avi file and then cut it up into clips later? (How would I do that?)
Or can I tell VirtualDubMod to make the file into clips first and then save those clips as AVIs? (How would I do that?)
Vob to avi but with clips?

if I wasn't on dialup I'd look for Jadd's picture.
you see the buttons on the bottom of the vdubmod window?
the two furthest on the right are called mark-in (looks like an arrow pointing left) and mark-out (looks like an arrow pointing right)
you use the mark-in and mark-out buttons to tell vdubmod what section of the video you want to work with. You can then go to save and save just the small part you selected.
repeat until you get as many clips as you want. You may find ctrl+g to be handy (you can jump to a specific frame or time that way)
