Weird error message when trying to import .mkv

Ok, so I opened up Vdubmod, and when I try to import .mkv files, I get this error message

found a frame with only one (ref) unhandled

Bear with me. I'm a noob, so maybe this is a really easy problem to fix and I'm just retarded X_x

Yeah, it happens.

Just put together a quick avisynth script...directshowsource() should work, if it doesn't then google, download and use ffmpegsource().
