Ok, so im new at avisynth, but not new to AMV's..irony? idk.. but reguardless..
Ive read up and down the forums and guides..
Ok, so pretty much, I made a AMV in Premiere pro 1.5, and have it exported(pretty much followed ermacs guide, cause you know those vids are the shizzle)
but when i try to make a simple script using avisynth, it tells me it cant be found.
I was reading and I think I might need a certin plugin.. but I have no idea what.
This is what my script looks like so far *gulp* (im a nub at doin this so bear with me)
DirectShowSource("C:\Documents and Settings\Mr.Joey\My Documents\My Videos\dbz-otep.mpg", fps=24)
Crop(10,10,-10,-10)
BilinearResize(600, 400)
it gives me the red error msg, "could not be opend as audio or video"
also.. im using the PICvid mpg codec in premiere, and its the friggin trial, i dont want the watermark in my vid, is cropping the best option?

You shouldn't be using the MJPEG codec for exports, only for rendering preview files. You're the only one who sees the preview files, so the watermark is not a tragedy, and you can't crop the preview files anyway.lordsofchaos0000 wrote:also.. im using the PICvid mpg codec in premiere, and its the friggin trial, i dont want the watermark in my vid, is cropping the best option?
(Unless you were to open every single preview file and letterbox it outside of Premiere, that is.)

well, what it doesnt really give me an option for what i want to export with, It just says video compression, then i pick. Then when I export it just does it. The watermark stays on the exported file. I am also still not sure about how to fix the problem with showing the avisynth vid in windows media player.
