For the record, anamorphic video skews horizontally, not vertically, so if you have 720x480 and it is flagged for 16:9, the 480 remains constant. That way you do NOT end up with 720x360 but rather 853.3°x480. Keep that in mind when resizing, also use spline36 over lanczos because it won't introduce ringing and is slightly faster.
