In all seriousness, though, MKVExtract doesn't work with H.264 or MPEG4-ASP files in ISO native mode (i.e. how those formats are supposed to be stored - most H.264 MKVs are ISO native, most MPEG4-ASP MKVs are not ISO native, so that's not as big of an issue), or FLAC audio streams. Well, actually the command-line works, but you'll still only get them in a form that can't be easily used without putting them back in MKV or MP4 (FLAC needs the --fullraw parameter to be usable, though - it will work without additional remuxing).
