I have no such file as avsfilter.vdf.avs on my computer and vmToon works. I'm not sure why you are getting that message. Even the WarpSharpPackage I linked to doesn't have that file or as far as I can tell, a function or filter that calls that specific file. There is an avsfilter.vdf file in WarpSharpPackage, but it's for VirtualDub so I'm not sure why AviSynth (or vmToon, or WarpSharp) would be trying to open it.
