Can you import AVS scripts into Ulead Video Studio witout using VFapi (as that tends to freeze while editing in Ulead VS 11 Plus)

thanks

Kariudo is right but you can make "fake" .avi files with VFAPI/MakeAVIS. Still I can't recommend this method because AVS makes Ulead slow/freeze even if there isn't any filters on.

Good news: Instead of that, make clips with VirtualDubMo and import them to UVS.
Bad news: Huffyuv and Lagarith don't seem to work on Ulead Video Studio (UVS9 shows only black timelime but maybe they've fixed this problem...).

Solution to bad news: try MJPEG Lossless or Uncompressed.
More bad news: Uncompressed is big. Check your HD space.

I don't know if Vdub has its own frameserver because I never needed it, but you can use the DebugMode Frameserver
