Error message opening VirtualDubMod
When I attempt to open VirtualDubMod 1.5.4.1 I'm getting the following error message:
Import: couldn't open "C:\Program Files\Avisynth2.5\plugins\avsfilter.vdf.avs"
I've been working with this version of VirtualDubMod for quite some time now and have never had this problem before.
Can somebody please help me with this?

Ok I redid the install myself and I believe you may need to reinstall amvapp again and make sure you get this part correct:
I noticed that in the beginning when it asks you what files you want to install in the amvapp package there is plug in called PremiereAVSPlugin-v1.5, make sure that is selected in the list.
In the process of installing everything in the app, it will pops up and ask for you to locate your Premiere Plug-Ins folder, which should be located in your C: drive (Under Premiere I assume, I don't have premiere myself so im not sure what the exact installation path would be) but you'll need to select it and press install.
This step may have been skipped during your installation, or the plug-in may not be in the premiere plug-ins folder. I hate to tell you this after you already reinstalled it

I uninstalled and re-installed again and found that AMVapp had installed it to my Premiere 6.5 plugins directory (since I still have the older software on my hard drive) so I made sure to install it in the Premiere Pro plugins directory but I'm still getting the same message when I try to import .avs files: File format not supported
