Trouble exporting (I think)
Hey I've been trying to export an AMV made in iMovie, i've tried exporting it into quicktime and iTunes without complaint but when i play the movie I just get a black screen with the music track. I've been using OSex to rip the DVD and DiVA to covert the DV files. I can watch the AMV easily enough in imovie but thats about it. Any ideas anyone?

iMovie08 or 06?
And can you give me as much detail as possible as to which kind of mac you have, its specs, etc?
If iMovie can see the AMV after export, but QuickTime can't, it would appear to me, at least, that your file is is being encoded into something not in the QuickTime component library, but since iMovie relies on those very same libraries, that seems awfully odd.
What external players have you tried, if any?
