What's the best preview settings for Premiere Pro CS4?

What's the best preview settings for Premiere Pro CS4?

I cant seem to have codecs such as FFDShow, PICVideo MJPEG Codec, XviD, DivX, etc appear at the Video Preview settings under sequence using "Desktop," so I was just wondering what the next best option would be for rendering preview files.

And I was also just wondering what the best choice for highest quality exports would be. (besides Lagarith and Huffyuv)
