problem exporting with adobe premiere pro
I have my amv set up and ready to be exported. I have the right settings put in to export, but the rendering process gets stuck for I don't know how long and I'm forced to close out. The video is 2 1/2 minutes long. How can I get it to export without crashing?
Stop saying "stop" or I'll stop you with a stop sign!

1) Don't use any cross dissolves on titles. Keyframe opacity for them instead.
2) Optimize Stills.
3) Try not using cross dissolves on color mattes either.
4) Get the Debugmode Frameserver and use it to have Premiere Pro frameserve to something else, say VirtualDub(/Mod), and then use that to save the exported file instead. It's slower, but it has never failed me yet.

It's not supposed to. After you start the frameserver, open up the dummy AVI you specified in, say, VirtualDub(/Mod) and encode the file there to the lossless codec of your choice; when it's done, close VD(/M), then hit "Stop Frameserving", and the status window should go away.Wickydoo wrote:4) I tried to use the Debugmode Frameserver, but it didn't make progress.
