Adobe Premiere Elements 3

I want to buy Adobe Premiere Elements 3, but i'm not sure how good it is or if it's worth it. i can't seem to find a tutorial anywhere, all i can find is specific things like how to create soft focus or clone yourself. can anyone give me some opiniond and also a link or tow to some tutorials if you know any?

RTM. It's not difficult to use. It's basic, but a huge step up from WMM.
