Panning effect?

Post by srocketa » Sat Oct 20, 2007 10:10 am

Need some help please :? I recently got premiere pro and After effects 7, but don't really understand how to use them yet apart from drag in clips and images. I need to do like a 'pan' effect across a still image, the screen starts on one area then pans across and finishes at another bit, I've been searching for ages for a guide how to do this :S I dont know if its even called that or which of my programs to use to do it! anyway help would be appreciated thanks

Assuming that the still image is wider than your project's image size, in Premiere Pro, just keyframe the Motion property in the Effects Controls for the still image.

Even with the online help files? In any case, AltaVista is your friend.
