3rd problem in adobe premier pro 2

OK been experimenting like promised and encounter a setup in premier microsoft AVI then I used lagarith lossless codec and got a blank screen instead
why the black screen ?

opinion will be appreciated ok back to experimenting

Yehey finally got it guys I used microsoft windows media 9 and it work I set it both pixel ratio to 1.0 and it work.
