Paths with keyframes?

Currently I've used keyframes to move either a clip or a title from point to point where ever I drag and drop the item. It follows in a linear path through the time line for through those points. Is there anyway to lets say create 3 points and have it follow in a curved motion instead of a linear one from the first point the the 2nd then third?

Help Appreciated.

what adobe product - with pro 1.5+ look up stuff on using bezier keyframes
