Problem to start Adobe Elements 3

I'm using Adobe Premiere Elements for a while, but after a breakout I had install Windows XP new. There were no problems to install Adobe Elements, but when i'm trying to open it, I just see this:

"GetAddrInfoW" can not be found in "WS2_32.ddl"

Maybe somebody know what's going on?

Try installing Service Pack 2 for XP.
